How do I change "ignored" sentences to "100% mastered?"

In order to change "ignored" sentences to "100% mastered, you can first select the manage collection button next to the collection you would like to choose sentences from.

In the search box, select "Ignored." Check the box next to the sentence (s) you would like to change to "100% mastered." Then, select the icon labeled "Master" with a check sign.
