How do I add sentences to the "do not review" category?

In order to add sentences to the "do not review" category, you can first select the manage collection button next to the collection you would like to choose sentences from.

Check the box next to the sentence you would like to eliminate from the reviews category. Then, select the icon showing the negative sign.
