How do I translate multiple-choice words while using the app?

In order to translate multiple words, after answering the question, you can simply click the word you wish to translate. You will then see a pop-up screen with the term you selected, along with various options of websites where you can view the translation. You can click the link to the website you prefer most. This will lead you to the desired website, where you will see the word's translation.
