How do I cancel my Clozemaster Pro subscription?
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you no longer wish to use the Pro version of Clozemaster!
Depending on where you paid for the Pro subscription, you'll have to go for one of the following ways of cancelling:
If you made the payment via our website, you can cancel directly from the Clozemaster platform.
If you subscribed via the website with credit card or PayPal, please sign in and go to your Account to disable auto-renew for your subscription.
If you made the payment from an Android smartphone, then Open the Google Play Store app, then click the bubble in the top right corner to open your Google account. From the displayed list, choose "Payments and Subscriptions" then tap "Subscriptions", tap Clozemaster and follow the steps presented on the screen.

If you made the payment using the iOS/iPadOS App Store, open the Settings app, then tap on your linked Apple ID, finally tap "Subscriptions" and then choose Clozemaster and follow the steps on screen.

Please, know that for any Apple App Store / Google Play Store purchase, the process has to be carried through their store support, as we don't have access to these transactions.
